About Us

Bhangra is a vibrant and energetic folk dance that originated in the Punjab region of India. Originally performed to celebrate the harvest, Bhangra has evolved into a powerful form of expression, blending music, rhythm, and movement. Today, it’s not only a cultural treasure - it’s also an incredible way to stay active. With its high-energy moves and upbeat music, Bhangra provides an excellent cardio workout, improves coordination, and uplifts your spirit. It’s a dynamic art form that’s both fun and easy to learn, making it perfect for all fitness levels and backgrounds.
At MitranDe Bhangra Workshops, we’re passionate about sharing the joy and energy of Bhangra with everyone. Our mission is to create a welcoming, stress-free, and fun environment where people can learn, dance, and connect.
Whether you're here to learn, stay active, or just have fun, our sessions are for you.
